Power of attorney given by Asa Finley to Thomas H. Gleaves to settle the estates of William Gleaves of Va and William Gleaves junior of Kentucky

Know all men by these presents that I Asa Finley of the State of Missouri and County of Saline do hereby make and ordain Constitute and appoint Thomas H Gleaves of the afour said state and county my true and lawful Atturney for me and in my name and stead to Collect receive and to receipt in my name for all moneys or property that may Be comeing to me as legatee of the estate of William Gleaves deceased late of the County of Wythe and state of Virginia ___ also to Collect receive and to receipt in my name as administrator for all moneys that may be coming to me as administrator of the estate of William Gleaves, Junior deceased of the county of Christian and state of Kentucky ___ hereby ratifying and confirming whatever my said Attorney may do in the premises as fully and firmly as I myself might or could do were I personally present with all who may or might have had Business to do for me as agent Attorney administrator or Collecter in the County of Wythe and state of Virginia
